(yeap, boss treat!)
When my direct boss told me we are going to Empire Subang...
Sort of a joy for me as I never been there before (it's a new mall, near to Subang Parade)
It's quite a nice mall for window shopping though...
Ok, back to the place of our lunch...
It's a Kelantanese owned restaurant...

Belaga, Malay word for Pot.
It's pretty pack even though it was already 1.30pm..
Well, the restaurant not really spacious even though it looks big...
Maybe they seriously place too much tables and chairs...
And still it's not enough!
At the main entrance...
They placed few packets of Nasi Lemak and Nasi Tumpang...
The Nasi Tumpang quite unique packaging though...
[caption id="attachment_1030" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Nasi Tumpang"]
But it's quite pricey for the portion size....
Wonder how it taste and look from the inside...
Lunch, I need something HEAVIER!
At their display case...
There's few types of desserts...
One is named, Lompat Tikam..
Told my boss, JUMP STAB!
[caption id="attachment_1033" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Dessert"]
They even got puddings!
[caption id="attachment_1032" align="alignnone" width="225" caption="Desserts"]
But due to it made from coconut milk...
SKIPPED!
Right...
We settled down, and ordered our own meals...
Just that we ordered a Nasi Dagang with curry beef to share....
[caption id="attachment_1040" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Nasi Dagang with curry beef"]
Mind you, I just tried the rice as I don't take beef...
And the rice tasted exactly like glutinous@pulut rice.
My tech manager ordered Nasi Lemak Special...
As he said, he don't know to order the food... except this....
[caption id="attachment_1039" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Nasi Lemak Special"]
Looks good though, I'm so thankful he let me snap the picture...
As he was very hungry!
The santan rice is in green colour instead of the usual white rice...
According to him, he said is good.... so I guess it should be!
Next, my another colleague ordered nasi kerabu with fish....
It's Ikan Kembong....
[caption id="attachment_1038" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Nasi Kerabu with Fish"]
Didn't manage to try on it, but the sauce should be the same as the one I'm having.
I had nasi kerabu ayam percik...
My sales guy from Kelantan teached me how to eat the rice properly...
Mixed the veges with the rice!
[caption id="attachment_1037" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Nasi Kerabu Ayam Percik"]
Yes, it tasted much nicer...
But sadly, I forgot that nasi kerabu contains with coconut items...
Oh well, wallop will do!
It's real good!
My PD colleague ordered curry laksa...
I tried on the soup....
[caption id="attachment_1035" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Curry Laksa"]
It's nice as its not oily and well balanced with the coconut milk.
It's quite a good experience to dine in here...
As I hardly take Kelantanese food...
To the extend my big boss was mentioning to have company dinner there...
Yum!
I should try Fried Rice Belacan next time, as my another director was saying it's so good that it tasted like Char Kuey Teow!
Till then, thanks boss for the lunch!
$ - Saw him took out RM200... (for bout 10 pax)

Price Range : RM5 - RM18
Good For : Authentic Kelantanese Meal
Bad For : LUNCH TIME! Full house! (it's a good thing for the business though!)
